| These general contest rules apply for any contest of any nature on WDCM-FM, US OPEN RADIO. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win any contests operated by WDCM-FM. Winners must meet eligibility requirements of each contest. All prizes will be awarded upon determining eligibility of the winner (s). All contest materials submitted by phone or mail become the property of WDCM-FM.
Contestants authorize the use of their name and/or mechanical reproduction of their voice solely for use in on-air promotional announcements. Any prize won may be substituted in the station's judgment for one of equal or greater value. Specific contests may operate under additional rules depending on the prize or tie-in partners. Applicable taxes and/or additional fees are the responsibility of the winner (s). AN INDIVIDUAL MAY WIN A WDCM-FM ON-AIR CONTEST ONCE EVERY THIRTY (30) DAYS...UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. All prizes must be picked up and or winning must be verified at the station within ten business days of winning, unless otherwise stated.
It will be announced at least once per day that these contest rules are available by E-mail or for inspection at our offices at 121 E Church St., Marion, Ohio 43302, during regular business hours. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash value. One winner per household/immediate family per contest, unless otherwise stated.
All prizes donated to WDCM-FM by For-Profit Corporations are strictly for entertainment purposes and NOT to be used as encouragement to patronize the contributing business. |
