Guys, we had tips on how to ask out a woman on Monday's show. We also have a couple websites to help your kids help themselves stay safe online. And the Simpsons' movie was a big number one movie this past weekend. There are a couple places that will let you Simpsonize yourself.
How To Ask Out A Woman
Menshealth.com took a poll and found out the best way you can ask a woman out, guys, is a casual but straightforward phone call or conversation, like, "I think you're great. Let's have dinner. You free on Friday?"
53% of women say forget the gimmicks! Only 7% of women want to be asked out by way of a note, mix CD, or, heaven forbid -- boom-box serenade.
Other suggestions:
- "Be direct and call it a date," says Caroline Tiger, author of "How to Behave: Dating and Sex" who says, "You'll set the tone from the beginning."
- "Avoid projecting smarmy confidence, adds Amy DeZellar, a self- confessed "serial dater" and a blogger at DatingAmy.com. "Too-suave come-ons are instant weed-out cues for women."
- Cold feet? Your invite doesn't have to be a formal one -- 26% of women said it's fine to pop the "asking out" question into another conversation.
What if she says "No?"
More than 49% of women with "other plans" said they aren't just feeding guys a line -- they want to be asked out again, right away. The difference between her truly having a conflict on the night you asked her out -- or a polite blow-off is this: When she's blowing you off, it's all about why she can't do something, says one menshealth.com respondent. "If she likes you, she'll mention that she's free another night, or propose her own idea."

Laziness Helps You Live Longer
Forget all that "nose to the grindstone" crap that's been stuffed down your throat ever since you were a kid. A couch-potato lifestyle, free of stress, is definitely the way to go, say medical researchers Peter Axt and Michaela Axt Gadermann.
In their book, "The Joy of Laziness: Why Life Is Better Slower, and How to Get There," the authors prove that goofing off more and exercising less will make you smarter, younger looking, less cranky and more loveable.
The German doctors developed a 5-step plan to lazy up and lengthen your life span.
- Forget long-distance running -- marathon athletes often die at an early age from heart attacks. Switch to a brisk but easy stroll several times a week to boost circulation.
- If you live in a northern climate, think about moving south. Warm weather and sunshine dispel depression and alleviate stress.
- Sleep in whenever possible. Long hours in bed pump up your immune system so your body can fight viruses and disease.
- Combat the aging process by slowing down your metabolism with an occasional daily fast. Even digesting food can take a lot out of you.
- Relax your brain by hanging out for a day doing absolutely nothing more strenuous than channel surfing. Do it as often as you can.
