Registration for the car show starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m. You can register anything with an engine and wheels for just $10. You don't have to have a "classic" car to participate. In fact, someone pre-registered a lawn mower.

Live Broadcasts
WDCM's Rob Whalen will be broadcasting live from the cruise in from noon to 2 p.m. Before that, you can hear him broadcasting live from the Brandy Winfield Memorial Poker Run at the Knights of Columbus Hall on East Center Street. He will be there from 10 a.m. to noon.

Coffee may just be the most healthy beverage you can drink, at least if you're measuring "healthy" by its antioxidants. Researchers from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania have determined that coffee provides more healthful antioxidants that are thought to fight cancer and heart disease than any other food or beverage found in the American diet.

But what about caffeine. Well, FHM tested the caffeine levels of three major coffee brands and found:

• Starbucks Gold Coast blend caffeine measure 224 milligrams per $1.84 pint.
• Dunkin' Donuts Original blend caffeine measure 266 milligrams per $1.85 pint.
• 7-Eleven Regular Exclusive blend caffeine measure 182 milligrams per $1.35 pint.

Can't stand coffee? Short of mainlining NoDoz, other caffeine sources fall short:

• Red Bull 130 milligrams of caffeine
• Mountain Dew 61 milligrams of caffeine
• Coca-Cola 38 milligrams of caffeine
• Water Joe (caffeinated water) 37 milligrams of caffeine
